I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were one of the best we stayed in during our 10-week trip - clean, comfortable, and with a fantastic mountain view from the enclosed balcony. The service was top-notch, with the receptionist being helpful and friendly. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city without needing a car, and the facilities were excellent. The dining options nearby were convenient, although there were some mixed experiences with prices.

The views from my room were amazing, even better than those at other hotels with higher star ratings I stayed at during this trip. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms have been refurbished and are spacious and comfortable with a great shower. They were very clean and comfortable, with somewhat trendy furnishings. I'll definitely be back next year. Having fast internet in the center of Innsbruck was a fantastic bonus.
